Our ability to deliver the next generation of STEM professionals depends on a model where working professionals volunteer to coach or mentor a program or team. Our dependency on working professionals means we have to build teams and programs that impact the workday as little as possible. The majority of our programs and teams meet in the weekday evenings between 6-8pm and/or weekends.

Each year we continue to grow. Our success depends on new volunteers who can work with our experienced coaches and lead the teams through the competitive robotics season of VEX Robotics and RECF programming.

Our six week Spring Session is perfect for a new coach to go through our VEX Robotics Certification program designed for STEMologists interested in competing in the 2026-2027 Season. We have a matching self-paced Coach development track for you.

Having volunteers from the workforce gives the best connection between the students in school and the employers who need to hire these same students.
